I like ketchup, but I think i liked it more when I was young and I used to basically put it on and in almost every dish... well I dont eat it too often cause I dont cook or eat much fast food, but its mostly that I put it on, hamburgers, hot dogs, meatballs, potato mash, macarones, pasta... hmm I dont remember all now, but thats quite it.

I try not to go overboard with the ketchup. Ketchup just isn't good for you - it has high fructose corn syrup in it, which is bad for you most definitely. I only put ketchup on things where it seems necessary - french fries, boca burgers, and anything else that people commonly put ketchup on. I try not to go overboad with it, though, because it's just not good for you. It's better to spice things up with garlic, pepper, and more NATURAL seasonings!

My kids put ketchup on almost everything! Sandwiches, eggs, bacon, noodles, even on grilled tomatoes (tomato ketchup on tomatoes? hmmm...) But actually, would you believe that tomato ketchup is good for you? Cooked tomatoes, as in ketchup, has about 5 times the amount of lycopene as fresh tomatoes. Lycopene is a natural antioxidant that protects the heart by preventing the oxidation of bad cholesterol in the arteries. Antioxidants neutralize the free radicals that damage human cells, causing many forms of cancer and premature aging. So whenever my kids drown their food in ketchup I don't mind, because they are actually ofsetting some of the health dangers of fried/fast foods with the lycopene in tomatoes! And when tomato ketchup is mixed with oil-rich food, the assimilation from the digestive tract to the bloodstream is even greater. Ketchup is good stuff. :)

I don't use ketchup very often. Usually I will use it when I am eating the french fries. But sometimes I even won't put anything to the french fries. My son likes to put lots of ketchup for his french fries. In fact ketchup is a healthy sauce. I learned it from TV.
I love China

My son is a ketchup person. He puts ketchup over fish, porkchop, fried chicken, egg, hotdogs, almost over all kinds of food except the saucy food. If he does not like the food serve, ketchup is his hero to save the day. And, so we never run out of ketchup.

Hello Swadey and welcome to myLot's. Ketchup. Did you know that there is as uch sugar in a tablespoon than there is in a serving of ice cream?. My granddaughter used to suck ketchup out of those little packets that you get at some fast food food places. I'm not that fond of ketchup. I only use it on hot dogs or hamburgers. It covers up the taste of any food. My little other will use it on every thing from eggs to chicken.

I am very fond of ketchup, especially tomato sweet and spicy ketchup. In Indai, we have ketchp with almost all the western food, which westeners usually won't have. We also have ketchup with fried rice, especially egg rice and chicken rice. I love having ketchup with chicken rice. We also ahve ketchup with puffs, french fries, pizza, etc.
