I am a night person as I am more alert and more active at night. When i wake up in the morning, I felt very tired and very weak. I feel more power at night and I can stay up all night long if I wanted to.

..Hi Swadey, I have turned into a night person, my voice does not even function in the morning, I am sorry to say. It is now 3:05 a.m., and I am writing away. It is quiet at night, the noise from the traffic is almost nil and I love it. I have heard that if you don't get enough sleep, you shorten your life span, But in the meantime, this is now, that will be then. :o) So I am enjoying my night life. Take care.

I'm a morning person I can't force myself to stay awake at night. When I'm still working at night shift I can't function very well at work and I'm still sleepy. It is terrible because I can't sleep in the morning and the sleep at night is different than in the morning.

I'm more of a night person, although I don't really hate the morning. It's just that I feel so much more alive after work (5:30 pm). I like doing stuff at night or just enjoying movies and TV shows. I also like reading books at night when almost everyone is already asleep because it is much more quiet and I can concentrate better on what I'm reading.

I like the night, I'm more alert at night and I like the strangeness of night. I feel anything at night and it usually does.

all my working life had been devoted to morning work. i have never tried doing night work ... (only on self-imposed ones) but i can work well at night, too. there were times in the past that i had to extend my morning work till about 11pm and there was no problem with me ... that, being done occasionally only. i function better in the morning because after the day's work i would already be tired. and .. i don't think i can reverse the pattern (from morning to night work) because my biological clock has been attuned to it. i guess i cannot sleep during daytime to "save" wakefulness for a night work.

I'd rather say that I'm a night man. I like to do everything interesting at night for it's quiet outside. Nobody would intervene me at that time. I especially enjoy watching horror films at midnight for it's the proper time. For there are a lot of things available, I never go to bed until 1 a.m. Accordingly, I usually get up late in the morning and feel so tired then. I know it's not a good habit for my health, but I feel it difficult to change it.

I'm definitely a night person. I always feel that my day will just begin at night. In the morning I feel so not in the mood to do anything. I always feel sleepy. But as time pass by throughout the day I'm starting to be in the mood to do something. And when night comes I'm so hyper already that I can stay awake the whole night.

Hi swadey I am definitely a night person as I hate to get early, and here we are woke at 6 am and eat 7.15. when I was in my own apartment I never got up before nine and ate breakfast then, and never went to bed until 11 or 12 at night or sometimes later than that. But now I have a roommate who wants to go to bed at ten so that's okay.but I do much' better functioning in the afternoon and evening. I really don't get going much until noon,so yes I am a night person sadly'and Inever seem to get with another night person.

Hi, swadey. I think i am a night person. I hate to wake up early and if i really have to, then i would feel so tired for the whole day and i definitely look terrible. I tend to be energetic when it comes to night, my mind is clearer and my eyes are not that tired. I do not know why, even i have enough sleep during the night, but the next morning, my eyes look horrible. But when it comes to night, then it's ok. I know it's not healthy to be a night person. I am now trying my best to change this. And also i have a baby now , i want to be with him during the day when he is awake. Time flies fast, i do not want to miss out any important development stage of him. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I am a morning person. I get more energy in the morning even if I didn't get a nice sleep. I want every special moment to happen during daytime. I want to marry at the break of dawn, I want to die in the morning, I want to wake up each morning. I actually say "good morning beautiful" to myself in front of the mirror everyday. LOL!

I'm a night owl as some other individuals are on here. Mornings used to work for me at one point, but since I work so much, I dread getting up in the morning to get to work now. Usually, I'm one who likes doing various tasks at night since my focus is better and I feel a lot more alert and oriented. At night it seems like the world calms down, so in turn when everyone else is chilling, I can surf the Internet and accomplish other various tasks which I want to complete in a day. I like keeping myself busy, and for me to accomplish that I spend the afternoons and nights working.

I can say that I am a night person as I feel more energetic at night. However this can cause some trouble specially when I have morning class. However even though I feel better at night, staying up at night makes me feel like I wasted my day.

Im definitely a night person. Im so awake and alert at night but sleepy and slow in the morning. I'm not taking up any caffeine of something like that. Though i hope i can be a morning person again. It's hard to be productive at work when you're sleepy lol

Let me tell you, my name is a misnomer. Dawn indeed. It should have been Dusk. I am definitely NOT a morning person. No way, no how. My brain doesn't wake up until at least 10 AM out of principle...

I vary from time to time. Sometimes, I am a morning person. I love the sunshine and the bulk of activities I do in the morning. In some other ways, I revved up my energy at night. I am at most awake at night and I love working at night.

I would say I am definatly not a morning person. I am very grumpy and eritable. Funny thing I cannot sleep past 6am. I am more alert at night. I will respond to you better. I guess the sun is too bright to focus. When it is dark I can function better is that weird. Happy lotting.

What do you consider morning and night? I wake up around 4 in the morning. I love to meditate and it is said it is best to do so before the sun comes up. From experience I can tell you that this is really a peaceful time. If you get in the habit of doing so you can accomplish a lot before anyone even gets out of bed. It does take some conditioning, but after meditation I have so much energy for the day. In fact, I like to do some exercises after my meditation. After my exercises most of the people in my house are starting to wake up and mope around, and they see me bouncing off the walls with vitality. I think this really annoys them. I can't help it because I feel so good. So, to answer your question I guess I'm both.

Haha. I am a morning person once I have my Tim Hortons. I fully believe you concentrate better in the morning. My line of work is that I work from home, so mornings, afternoons, evening, there is not much of a difference for me. I enjoy waking up to a fine cup of coffee

Without a doubt i'm a night person. Night it's a lovely, romantic and relaxing time of the day. It's just me, thinking about what to eat, using my tv or computer or just in my bed listening my favourite music.
