quota bandwith of Telkomsel flash

for you, user which use Flash as internet connection, i think you must be dissapointed because since september 1, telkomsel had cut the quota bandiwth of flash. i think many user of telkomsel must be upset. so why customer bargaining is never strong so many provider of telecomunication is doing without thingking about customer satisfaction?

I was planning to use telkomsel flash to access the internet, but I changed my mind due to this new policy. Why pay with higher price if you only have 25% of the quota? Telkomsel will lose costumers

I've just moved from Aceh to Palembang. The alternatives are relatively almost the same though, I never tried the speed when connecting internet from here. Until now I am still using prepaid service provider anyway.

Yeah, that quiet disturbing. from 3GB per month reduce to 2GB per month, and now 500MB per month ??? But now they come up with new product, Flash Advanced and Pro with higher price and higher quota per month (1GB per month for advanced and 2GB for Pro). i never know what on Telkomsel's mind ?? are they never think about their costumer's satisfaction ???

Yeah, i think they never thinks about our satisfactions but only think about their income.

Yes, because they have litle competition, so even if they raise the price, the consumen will not run to their competitor because many of them is suck ( i talking about wireless internet service provider ) or expensive. So, if Telkomsel dont have a worthy oppennet soon, it will do what ever it like and there is nothing the consumen can do, expect stop having a wireless internet, or join other whose quality is below telkomsel.

is that for non limited or unlimited? I use CDMA and using telkom flexi, I also ever used telkomsel flash. but, I think not only telkomsel flash make me upset, most of internet connection provider in indonesia makes me really upset. For example, now I use telkom flexi but sometimes in a mean times the connections are failed several times, sometimes I got worst connection and many problems experiences. wheter they are deliberately doing bussiness like that? If it's true..poor of them cannot willing to help Indonesian movement.

ya, most of our internet provider had ever do same thing like flash produt now, make their customers is dissapointed with new policy and never tell the customer before the decision is made. i think we need a state institutions to struggle our interest or bargaining to get a cheap, fast and good internet connection. do you agree?

Yes, flash really are making it customer upset. They now make a program which make postpone the 500 MB Quota Policy for 1 month, so this month their customer still has a 2 GB Quota. But i think it is not enough, and their customer seem think so too. Many of their customer start searching another provider now. Telkomsel flash must think and act fast or else they will loose many of their cust.

Well because the demand is more stronger then the suply. It is rare to found an isp in indonesia, especially the decent one. Speed is the strongest factor that most isp cannot provide. If you can give decent and stable speed, then many will use that isp because most of indonesian isp have a very low quality. I use many no good isp before, so i think, if i had one that really suite me, then when they increase the price or lower the quota, it will be hard for me to go to the other isp.
