If mankind came from Adam and Eve, how come there are red, brown, yellow, black, and white?

The scientific answer is that the races are a "separation of traits" in the strings of information called the human genetic code or DNA. As humankind migrated and separated, traits in the complete genetic code of Adam of Eve, got dropped off, or separated, and other traits (in the code lines) remained.. We are all something like 99% alike! (Still one family.)

Comparisons between humans may be 99% alike, but comparing the 23rd pair of chromosomes males and females are at least 2% different.

I don't see any reason why not? It only means that red, yellow, brown and black race descended from one parents. We just have to accept what it is and it happened that way. Even the latest DNA research shown in the Discovery channel points that all races descended from a single source in the African region, and this they have shown through DNA and genetic research. That question was designed more to descredit the authenticity of the Bible which doesn't hold water since even science agrees with it. Cheers!

The race classification of Caucasians, Africans, and Mongolians taught before during my elementary school is a misconception. Skin color depends mainly on the greater or lesser concentration of melanin in the skin with some having very little or no melanin known as albinism.

Right. The same way some inherited traits come from recessive genes etc. And actually, we're all descended from Adam & Eve the same way that all your cousins & nieces-&-nephews are 'descended from' your great-grandparents ... i.e. your grandfather didn't marry your great-aunt and have kids who married each other to have you and your brother-or-sister who had kids with you and or each other I.e. Adam & Eve had the Christ-gene---a gene I think was recessive, which is why it 'dominated' in Jesus-of-Joseph, as both Joseph & Mary were sixth-or-seventh-generation children of King David (just in case you believe Mary was just 'stickin` to the story' on the whole "Immaculate Conception"-thing )

The difference is due to the climate and environment all over the world.

Really, we then should brace ourselves, we may have to change colors because of climactic changes. LOL No offense intended, you just put a smile on my face. Cheers.

Hey the colors are due to the regions which are having high temperature like south Africa and all are dark and people who live in cold regions are fair.It is a silly doubt but nice even our discussion will be informative to someone or the other. nice to meet you Mr Timothy

Adam and Eve must have been red since the word Adam is related to the Hebrew word which means red clay.
