Does myLot Monitor the Tasks?

does myLot monitor the tasks created by the users? i mean, does myLot have a system installed that enables them to monitor whether the tasks are working properly or are the people doing the tasks getting paid? i have joined a couple of tasks only to find out that they are not meant for me. And, for whatever reason i have, i hate it when i cannot finish the task that i accepted. There was this one case where i accepted a task and after working out the details, i cannot perform the task because it was only restricted to certain countries. I may have my fault in that, but the members who create the tasks should also have an obligation to specify who their target are. Another instance was when i accepted a task to sign up, and just send the username. But, the field wherein i was suppose to write the username was not usable or whatever. It was not even clickable. Thus, this gives me a bad record on my tasks dashboard. personally, i hate not being able to get the 100% mark. How about you, did this happened to you already? what are you experiences with tasks? good and bad alike.
