Listening to music while working.

I find listening to music while working very, very, counter-productive.
I mean, once a song starts going, I just can't help but to sing along inside and all my attention just shifts onto my media player and stops me from working completely

Oo, I couldn't get through my days without music lol. I listen to it while I'm fallin asleep (my radio stays on while im asleep), while I'm reading, while I'm typing, while I'm on the computer...and yes, while I'm working :) Luckily my work has a radio that they leave on all night for us, I love singing, and occasionally doing a little dance, for the dogs at our hotel :P lol. They love it, I know it! :P

Music is all very fine for me when I'm not working - in fact, I listen to a realyl wide variety of genres, classical, blues, hip-hop, punk (:
But once I just turn on my computer and try and work, I just can't at all (:

I like country mostly, and a lot of oldies--but really, despite genre, if I like a song then I like it! lol. No labels :P
There are a ton of songs by Breaking Benjamin that I like, and a few by Dashboard Confessional...but country is the top of my list.
Sometimes I can't concentrate with music on, but usually I dont have a problem.

I listen to music pretty much 24/7 and have it on all the time I work. There are times I have to shut it off, like when I am watching a video about my work.
I keep my guitar in my office so that when I song I really like comes on I can stop working and pick up my guitar.
Oh the joy of working from home. :)

I really like to listen songs while doing any project or written home-work.It relaxes my mind.It is really useful.After coming tired from college I usually do my project while listening songs.But when i do mylotting i usually don't play any song as it breaks my concentration.My full concentration goes to music.Music really relaxes our mind.
