it is not encouraging for a woman to put on short dresses at all.They should not put on dresses that seduces men.Women need to emulate muslim women that cover up properly.

I cover up. I don't show much at all. however, I don't think we should adhere to a religion we don't subscribe to, unless we personally feel that it's a great moral to have.
