how do you know if you love God?

The type of life you live would determine whether you really love God or not.If you are into lying,stealing,murder,adultery,fornicating,worshiping idols,drinking alcohol,smoking cigarette,practising homosexualism and lesbianism,a divorcee,casting aspersions on people and you are calling the name of God on your lips daily,my friend you`re deceiving yourself because God is not mocked whatever a man sow is what you`ll reap.Read Galatian 6:7.So worship God in truth and in Spirit and you`ll never regret doing so.React positively or negatively,you`re welcome.

I agree with you 100%. If the Spirit of the Lord lives within us, we will walk as a testomony to Him. We will desire right over wrong, and resist temptation with prayer.

Duty is God; Work is worship. Even the tiniest work is a flower placed at the Feet of God. Love must be manifested as service(seva). Service must take the form of food for the hungry, solace for the forlorn, consolation of the sick and the suffering. Develop compassion. Live in Love. Be Good, Do Good, and See Good. This is the way to God.

i do believe in god but i don't claim to be perfect..i am a human being who makes mistakes and then prays to be forgiven...i don't know what god is but i believe it's the nature,the universe,life itself..the fact that we are alive it's a proof that gid exists..i think god is in each one of use..we just have to open our hearts and find him

Living with God is education,
Living for God is Service,
Living in God is Realization.
There is no god of your concern. Making mistakes and then prays to be forgiven is the act of selfishness and taking as approval for doing more mistakes.

God is for those, who are not for themselves. Getting faith for belief on god is truly waste.
Ego lives by getting and forgetting;
Love lives by giving and forgiving;
Love is expansion; Self is contraction;
Self is lovelessness; Love is selflessness.

It's so very easy to say that I love God but saying is not the proof that a person loves God. The Lord Jesus said: If you love me, keep my commandments. Obeying the commandments is the proof that a person loves God. Obedience is the key word of loving God.
