Lost passion in drawing is one step of the artist in progress. I had lost passion in drawing too, but my mentor tell me that its OK. One day if your passion comeback and you start drawing again. You will find that your drawing style is different and even more progress than before. Because inside your mind you already experience alot of things. So the result is your drawing style speak it all.

i think every artist feels this once in awhile because i think that not only writers get blocks, when their creative juices stop flowing, but all artists get this. my suggestion is to go to the library and get out drawing books and in no time you will be inspired again!

i think that artists tend to put way too much pressure on themselves and tend to be perfectionists. i know i was like that when i was writing and now that i am into art, i am sometimes the same way but not as much. what you should do is relax, take a step back and go visit your local library and get some books out on drawing.

Do not worry, it happens to us all, one day, you feel that you can achieve anything you want, and then one day, you feel that there is nothing that you can do right. It happens to me all the time with my sculpting and modeling skills, I have even discharged some works that I had almost finished. In my opinion, and in my experience, you must keep drawing, but not force yourself to do anything, just let the passion come back alone, the same way it left. But, the botton line is not quit drawing, as I understand, art is not your way of living, so, just keep it cool, and keep trying, I am sure that you will be happy with your achievements in no time.
