How confident are you?

At this time in my life, I can say that I am pretty confident talking to people. But years ago, growing up, I sure wasn't!! It took a lot of practice, trial and error, to be able to get to to where I am. I find it easy to strike up a conversation in line at the store, with other moms, anyone - anywhere . . .and it's really kinda fun! I will say I kind of choke up when someone seems to be super intelligent or are very knowlegable about a particular subject such as politics. For subjects that are just totally beyond me, I tend to get quiet and sort of clam up. I think I can talk about most things, but to get in depth about it scares me - hee hee.

Hi jugsjugs..Are you good today? I hope so . I can start talking to people fairly easy. I guess you could me a talker. I love to talk to anyone that will listen..LOL..I can be in a crowd and just start having a discussion with the person next to me. Then there has been times that would be in a store and make a remark(trying to talk) to someone and they will just walk away..LOL..Have a nice day jugs and keep smiling..

I am cofident in making friends. Like when I am new in the environment, I can approach anyone by just smiling at them and then the next move is to talk with them. I can open a converstation, I can easily initiate one. I never been snobbed by anyone when I approach them and they can instantly feel at ease talking with me.

Oh, I'll talk to pretty much anyone I meet - its keeping quiet that's the problem for me! I usually say "Good morning" to most people who cross my path on my way into work and my current job involves talking to people.

i'm fairly confident,depends where i am really,if i'm in surroundings i feel comfortable in i'm fine but if i'm somewhere i'm not too sure about i tend to hide in the corner

I used to be shy when i was young..How i have changed over time.. now... I am not afraid to hold converstaions with new people at all.. i have had a lot of training and experience from my work in the past and til now... conversation's not a problem for me anymore.

Personally I will try not to have a conversation with them as I am pretty shy but sometimes you have no choice. Then I will try to keep it short without seeming rude and beat a hasty retreat.
