What's going on with the words in discussions?

I have received several responses to discussions as well as read other discussions and have noticed certain words are double underlined and in blue. Its some sort of advertisement. WHat is this? Is myLot doing it? I am just curious as to why this is being done. In one discussion a person responded and in the sentence said "I bet" and its blue and underlined twice. I clicked on it and it was an advertisement for betting. Who is responsible for this? Has anyone else noticed this? dl
