Very very normal in my opinion. I felt this way with my first pregnancy and was told to try ginger. It worked for me. Calmed my stomach and made me less gassy. I literally would eat a couple ginger snaps before getting out of bed in the morning. I also would eat ginger chews throughout the day. Good luck, it does get better :)

Ginger has many great benefits to the body. It is a wonderful agent to settle the stomach. I am sure you could make a tea with it. I have never tried it but I bet if you do a search on the internet you could find a great way to make it taste wonderful.

That is completely normal for early pregnancy. It is a time when the body is adjusting to growing and developing the baby. A gentle walk with plenty of fresh air might help. I suggest that you eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruit. I think that ginger biscuits help sickness. You must be careful and not take remedies unless they are safe during pregnancy. Good luck. Congratulations on your pregnancy.
