Could someone clear my doubt?

Hi my dear mylotters.... happy mylotting....Whenever i check my earning, i get a red line displaying 'Discussion and image earnings are now combined into one line item called participation'....What does image earning mean? Do i have to upload any image for which i will be given money? Could someone explain me what image earning is all about and clear my doubt?

We earn something for uploading relevant images that are not copyrighted.
Before you reach 500 you can add them to the discussions you start, then you will be able to add them to responses and comments too.
Exactly how much they earn for us onlòy admin knows. If you add them please make sure that you follow the photo Guidelines.

Oh oh thank you buddy... Right now i tried to add a photo of mine and i have completed uploading it....But i didnt get it in the place where you have your smiley....To display it here what should i do? Its among all the photos...Okay i will read the photo guidelines.... Once again thank you buddy.... Happy day

Aaaaahhh!
You want to remove the default photo right?
Go to the top of the page 'preferences' and you can add yours there.
You do not earn for the avatar or for the photos that you add to your profile though.

You get money when people view your images as well not just in uploading them. It's a good idea to try and upload a picture with all of your discussions as when people search for a discussion then they would be more attracted to the picture if you have one. And yes, the amount you get for them is not publicized.
