In case of boss you have to handle this situation with cool head. If any wrong step here can change your career, so, listen to what he says and forget it and do what he or she says. This is best way to react because if one argues with bad tempered boss then his job will be in risk at first instance and even if job is secure then boss will not allow you to grew to higher ranks. So, handle with care. If friend shouts then do not talk for while and when he cools down then talk to him or her that shouting in public will not solve our issues. We should solve it cooly between us. In case of relations also, give a warning such a way that they remember for years to come and never behave in such a manner..
