Do you think that eating fruits everyday can make you more beautiful?

yes because fruits are rich in vitamin c thats why we can be beatiful through it in a sense that its maintains the stamina of being healthy, once you are healthy your body go, grow and glow. its very important to eat fruits everyday.

Well I don't think they can make you beautiful but I think that they can help keep your beautiful and keep you healthy and looking good. Our bodies reflect how healthy we are by having shiney hair, clean bright skin, and nice healthy nails. If you are not eating healthy it will show in all of those of those things and will affect your looks.

Yes, I think that every day you can eat fruit and beauty, but this need to pay attention to methods. Not just casually eat. In addition to fruit, have to eat vegetables. One day three servings of vegetables, fruits duplicate. Each of about 100 grams. Is probably a fist-sized fruit. Fasting should not eat some fruit, like tomatoes, persimmons, bananas, oranges, sugar cane, lychees, etc. because of some special ingredients that may cause gastrointestinal discomfort.

Eating fruits everyday can surely make you beautiful..It is true....Most of the fruits contains many important nutrients which are required for our skin and the whole body...But than eating for facial beauty people prefer massaging more which is more result yielding ,, I think you better use the fruits as facial especially papaya and apple ,, they are very nice..................
