Is it legal to remove/hide the Navbar in Blogger.com

Hello everybody, i own a blog from Blogger.com and now i am thinking of removing the Navbar on top of the blog. But i just have a doubt as to whether it is legal to tamper the blog settings even if i am able to do so. I've seen lots of blogs without that navbar and it seem quite good. Just confused to go for it as i wonder if it violates their terms and conditions in some manner then it might terminate my account in some way or other. Can any one clarify as i guess most of you would certainly own a blog, plz suggest.. Regards Chharugh
