On 30th September the television channels changed. I keep trying to re-tune but can't do it. There is a telephone helpline but it says please hang up now all our advisers are busy. I think that it is annoying that I can't get Channel Five which is one I like to watch. What do you think?

I´m so sorry, Maxine. That is SO annoying. Have you tried to ring them late at night? I usually do that when I have problems. In my city, the worst time for everything is when the kids are out of school. They grab even the virtual space.. So I wait until they are either in bed or doing their homework (one hopes!) I hope everything starts working again. Hug!

Hi my dear friend. I still haven't managed to re-tune my television. I hope that my brother-in-law might be able to pop round on Sunday. I keep ringing the help service but can seem to get to speak to anyone. Thanks. Hug.
