ClixSense ClixGrid - how does it work?

After clicking the grid for about a month each day 20 times and receiving no win I was wondering if anyone here has got something from the grid. Or what do you think how the grid works. And do you have to wait for the advertisment to load or is there a separate page for the grid win?
