As it begins to get cooler and the leaves are starting to change. I wonder what other people are feeling at their home. Are you in part of the world where you are going into summer, or has fall begun where you are. If fall has begun what is the weather like how cool is and how far along are the leaves changing in your area?

the leaves are starting to turn here in southeast Michigan, and falling off the trees as well.
today we are cold and rainy, it definitely feels like fall time, as I even have my heater/furnace on already... its only 58 degrees as a high today with all the cloud/grey coverage and even a bit breezy.
I love fall time, it isnt a bother to me, it is always sad to see summer go, but I love the changing colors of the leaves and being less busy with so much running around like I do in the summer.
Happy mylotting.

Hey JennyMarie! I live in NYS and it is already starting to
feel like Fall here! And yes, the leaves are starting to
fall and change color! The air is starting to have that
chill that let's you definitely know that Fall is here and
Summer is long gone! I love the Fall, but am sad that Summer
is gone and that now we will be facing Winter and who knows
what that will bring this year! It was an extremely brutally
cold Winter last year and so I am dreading to see if this
one will be as bad as the last one!

I have heard predictions that this year is suppose to be even worse than last year. I know here in SC the acorns have been falling off the trees for several months. The old timers here says that is a sign of a brutal winter

Weather in the Philippines is cloudy and we're expecting yet again a supertyphoon which is expected to hit this coming saturday. Our house was flooded during the typhoon the hit up a few days ago and we're still in the process of cleaning up the mess. Well talking about climate change, I guess the end of the world is near.

I have a bunch of family the lives in Wisconsin. I visited one summer and it never seemed to warm up for me. I don't like hot weather but a little warmth is a good thing.
But I am sure your leaves have already really begun to change. I love that.

We here in the Philippines are waiting for the typhoon to hit land anytime now. This one is extra strong so we are a bit concerned. At any rate, all necessary preparations have been made and we are hoping that it will change course or lose strength as it makes a land fall. This is nothing new to us being in the typhoon belt but just the same it brings havoc and damage to lives and properties.
We only have two seasons, wet and dry and the wet season now is far from over.
Cheers!

I live in Florida and our weather has suddenly turned very lovely, with temps in the low 80s and low humidity. The leaves don't change here but what we do see as Fall turns to Winter is the arrival of migrating birds...lots and lots of birds. I love it!

Today it was very cool and very windy. I think the highest the temperature got was just under 50 degrees,w hich would have been fine if the wind hadn't been blowing up to 40 miles per hour! I think that we are going to have a short fall here and I am not looking forward to that at all.

The weather where I live right now is pretty gloomy and rainy. There was frost on the ground yesterday for a while and you can certainly tell that winter is just around the corner. I personally am not a big fan of winter and when the cold season rolls around you will generally find me hibernating in my house where I can stay warm. There's just not really anything that interests me about winter that makes me want to go outside and be cold and risk the chance of getting sick.

Today here is a gloomy day too we have a front coming in.
I hear you on not wanting to go out in the cold, But some days when there is snow on the ground it is nice to sit inside infront of the fire looking out on the white beauty

Hi Jenny,
I am staying in Malaysia and we only have 2 seasons : hot and raining season.
When come to hot season,it can be super hot day and aircon is the best equipment to let ourself feel cool at the end of the day.
When come to raining season, it can rain from morning till night time and most lower area will even get flooded.
Actually, I prefer hot season, as I no need to carry umbrella whereever I go and it is more convenience for me to travel around.
Although I might feel hot,I just need to drink more water and get shower at least 2-3 times a day during hot season.

To be honest I really don't like real hot weather, I really like more of the mild weather we have here in South Carolina. We only have a few days were it was real hot and for those few days I tolerate it

I am in Omaha, Ne. Right in the middle of the country. Today, it is rainy, windy and cold. Currently it is a nice 49 degrees. I woke up to a 39 degree morning!! Much colder than I am ready for!
The leaves are falling faster than they are changing, which is sad. But they're changing to the yellows, oranges, and some reds. It's my favorite time of year hands down. Simply beautiful!

the world is actually experiencing climate change. Well here in the Philippines, storm just passed and another storm will again enter the country. We only have dry and wet season. I wish to go to other country with snows. I want to experience something new.
Climate change is due to too much carbon dioxide trapped in the earth. If we keep burned plastics, then it will change rapidly.

I am living in a tropical area and now we have the rainy season. Everyone here as of today is very much nervous becasue CNN reported that a super typhoon will be here anytime today (friday) or tomorrow(saturday). Last weekend, a typhoon devastated a lot of cities here and up to now some places are still under water. So please help us pray for our country the Philippines.
