Do You Watch Movies Online OR At The Theatre?

quality movies (and other movies) should be watched on the big screen. you will never be contented watching them on a small sized monitor. i remember when i watch "saving private ryan". at that time, a friend of mine let me borrowed his pirated dvd which i accepted. but after watching it, i never appreciate the movie at all. not after i watched it in the big screen to know and really appreciate it..this also goes to movies like Braveheart, LOR and Harry Potter.

In a perfect world I could spend money whenever I wanted. In this world, I would see everything in a movie theater. But after graduating just before hard times the situation changes, and I can't afford to see everything in the theater. I simply watch too many. So, yeah, a lot of the things I watch come from other sources, including legitimate ones like netflix. There are still those movies, though, that are special occasions and must be seen in a theater. I still go out to see those.

I depend on the movie. If I really like the movie, I will watch at the theater if not, I will just watch online.

i watch fantasy or sci-fi movies at the theater. movies like harry potter, transformers, star trek, etc are better viewed on a big screen. for the other types of movies, i usually am contented with watching them at home. i download them from the internet.

I personally watch the movies i fancy at the theatre. For those movies that i am unsure of how nice is it, i watch online if it is available. It saves money too. As to whether pirated movies can be controlled, i think it can be controlled. But very stringent guidelines has to be in placed in both the theatre and the internet. But it will be a very difficult and tedious process. Not too optimistic about it.

I prefer watching movies in the theater but I prefer watching it more when they are out on DVD. As in, original copy not some pirated ones. I admit that my family buys pirated movies more than original ones. But, if they really like the movie, like really admire the actors and stuffs, They will surely buy the original one `coz it contains behind the scenes and suchs. I think they can't control the spread of Pirated CDs. `coz millions of people sell those :D And oh! I love watching Movies online too! :3

I haven't ever watched a movie online, in the theater or at home only. Just old fashioned, I guess. They will try to control it, but I don't think they'll ever fully succeed.

I don't even know why, but I prefer watching movie at theater to watching it online. The quailty might be the first reason why. We all know that watching movie at cinema is morely satisfy us rather than online. I know that the main aim is to watch, that's it. But the way we watch movie is likely affecting our satisfaction upon the related movies. =)

I do both... I watch movies, especially those that are classics, in the internet if I can't find them in our DVD shops... I am against piracy, because my wife works for them...

I have never watch a movie online. My choice for seeing a movie is always the theater. You truly can't experience the movie the way it should be without seeing it in a theater. If I can't go to the theater, I like to buy the movies on DVD. I don't know about the pirate of movies online. It seems to me that this is something would be out of control no matter what.

i like to watch movie in theatre only. because its a entertainment area. so let enjoy in the theatre only with large screen. i would suggest every one to go into theatre for watching flim.

I would always choose watching movies at the theatre. Some movies are just great for the big screen. It is a lot more comfortable than watching it online.

I can't say there are so much good movies nowdays but if there are one I usually go with some friends, the girlfriend or someone from the family to the theatre. I think it is more sadisfactory to go to the theatre then watch a movie online. It often happens my girlfriend wants to see a movie and I tag alog to be a good boyfriend. I would say they will never stop the pirating of the movies online, someone will allways find a way around. // Ejbrell
