Sometimes I feel overcome with negative emotions, feelings of heart anger or frustrations. I have heard that it is not good to "stuff my feeling", but I also do not want to dwell on this negative feelings. How should I deal with the negative emotions in a healthy way?

Try thinking of something good or positive about the situation. It usually cost you more nutrients and vitamins to be angry!

The problem isn that you have a lot of unresolved conflict in your past. if it was in any way possible to backtrack and resolve issues with all the people you had issues with, then you would be a totally new person. Even if it was not your fault, you are the one that suffers the most from the negative effects of holding grudges and not the ones that was guilty in any way. There are other methods that work in the short term, but working on this area is guaranteed to help you overcome your negative emotions

The problem is how can I forget my past when its all coming back and flashing back to my mind? emotions is the hardest to cure specially to a man who is emotionally hurt. the one thing most difficult to us on how to gain back the trust to everyone, once you have committed the biggest incorrect act or decisions, maybe it will take time to reach somewhere again the reliance of others.
