Greetings everyone I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Avguste Antonov and I am a concert pianist/piano teacher based in Texas,USA. Born in Bulgaria in 1978, I lived in France for 10 years and at the age of 20 I moved to the USA. I perform classical music and 20th/21st century music. Financially,it is slowly getting there. Because I am my own agent, financially it is much harder to be successful,but it is getting there. The more you play and get known, the easiest it gets

I do hope you get your chance to be on Oprah so the world can hear your music. It is difficult being a pianist, noh? My daughter is 17 and studying a Grieg concerto right now for her second recital next summer. Her piano teacher advised her to stick with her Biology course and become a doctor instead of being a concert pianist. But music is in the heart so she steals time between classes and reviews to practice.
