Hi meherswaroop,
I wouldn't realy class myself as mentally strong, I am wise, but not entirely strong. I have often found myself in situations that I didn't understand and felt I couldn't control, and when it happens I usually shut down while my mind fumbled through and tries to solve whatever it is faced with. Quite often whatever afflicts me is caused by things outside my control, usually other people, and so i isn't something that I can rectify and this frustrates me.
In the past the way I tend to get through the problems is to wait them out because I know that at the end of the experience I will learn something. I have had help from outside sources when things became too out of my control (I have a tendancy to become self destructive) but other than that I tend to just deal with things alone, and try and learn from whatever life throws at me.
In fact that is probably the main way I cope with things, I learn from them, create mechanisms for the future, and then just bumble through things to gain wisdom and strength so that maybe in the future nothing will faze me!
All the best,
Dranz

i'm quite good at facing problems,i just tend to think ' there are a lot more people worse off than me ' so that way i don't get stressed and my brain is in the right mental state to sort whatever problem has occured
