Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince

I've been playing this game for 2 months now, I completed it within a day of buying it but I can't find all of the Hogwarts crests. I've looked online and I can't find a list of where they are. Does anyone know where they all are because I've been all over Hogwarts and cant find them all.

I rented that game from my local library, and I finished it really quickly, too. I didn't find that mnay crests because I got tired of it. w
