Is anyone else having trouble getting into there yahoo mail account? I have been unable to get into my mail for about three days now and contacted yahoo help and they were of no assistance all they wanted to do was blame it on my computer and made me try steps to fix the problem but with no luck. I get in but after that I freeze up and can't do anything. Does anyone have suggestions, or is anyone else in the same fix as me, are you unable to get into your mail also?

I don't have any trouble getting in, but I hate when they write me ''disconnected from chat''..ooo, i hate that...

Thankfully I don't use Yahoo anymore. I use Gmail and rarely have any problems with it. I used to use Yahoo but it got overrun with spam so I quit using it. [b]**AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~[/b]

What I would do, and have done, is go to someone else's computer that is pretty new, and log into your yahoo account from there, and there you will see if it is your yahoo account or your computer that is causing you the problems! I went to my cousin's computer, because he had just bought one, and when I logged into my yahoo account there, I seen where it was really fast, and didn't have any problems logging in! It was my computer that had the glitches in it!

We have found that it is the Yahoo mail and not the computer. I have other people who also use my computer and some can get into there mail and some can't.

I dont experienced that problem i have yahoomail and i can check my email from time to time. Maybe the problem is with your computer or in yahoo itself. I dont know but try to consult again yahoomail for that, i hope your problem will be gix as soon as possible because i really dont have problem accessing my email, goodluck.

Thank you for your response. I don't think the problem is with the computer though, alot of people in different forums are having the same problem but they offer little help.

i had never get problems with my email in yahoo. i have no idea whats the problems in your emails. keep searching and asking a people, kaybe they had ever get the same experience with you.

I also have troubled logging inn. I already ask my service provider and they said that I should have upgraded. Now THEY ARE FIXING IT AND PROBABLY I COULD USE MY YAHOO MAIL IN ITS FAST CONNECTION.
