What to do what you cant sleep due to snooring?

What do you do when the person near you snores and you cant sleep. I am living with my grandfather in order to look after him he snores like an aeroplance flies over our house. In order to divert my attention i use I-pod to listen to music with the volume at the fullest

Yup. Sleeping on the side does help a little. But i cannot sleep even if i have music blasted to the fullest. So i prefer to sleep alone.

tell your grandfather to sleep on his side, it will help minimize the sound of the snores or better sleep far from his area. what you are doing is right, listening to your ipod can help.
