Mylot improving english

hi there! mylot is a place that provides us all the opportunities to learn, improve and enhance our writing ability using the english language and this made mylot really appealing to its members.

Ya really I noticed this in two days as I am new to mylot and also I am from india where english is second language. language skills are necessary for writing feedback to articles and products and especially for sharon bucks paragraphs!!

You most certainly can say this. I have talked to a number of people on this web site that are here from other countries. By that, I mean from countries whose original or first language is not English. I also met some people while I was in the Philippines who said they learned to speak English so well by chatting on the internet. The one gal that I spoke to said that she had only been doing it for about 3 years. And she most certainly spoke very fluent English, and very seldom did I hear her use something out of context. You would have thought that she had been speaking it her whole life. I am so glad to see someone learn a second language. I wished that I could learn to speak Spanish. I have tried a few times, but I think it is difficult when you aren't around anyone else who speaks the language. I should try again.

Yes, you're right! Mylot is really useful on English improvement. At least, it becomes easier for me to write my post here. And the length of my post is longer than before. I think in another hand, it makes my English thinking more smooth. (I know I cannot avoid mistaks in English, but I care it less than before.) I think commuication is more important. At least, I find reading, thinking and writing in English is easier indeed. So let's us improving English together while earning as the gift!

I think it does help improve english writing. I've noticed in my writing that I've learned how to be more objective so I can write regular articles instead of them being out my opinion. It's hard to learn how to re-write your english especially if you were taught a certain way.

definitely mylot has a positive contribution towards improving our english since many of the participants belong to non-english speaking countries.its a more functional way of learning and improving english as you are supposed to express your views on a number of topics not from the books but from live people.

I too observe that my ability to write English is improves and the one I like most to learn this day is to learn to speak English fluently. As I have the desire to work in English speaking countries and I am looking forward to get qualify to have a foreign employer who will hire me. I think joining in this sites improves my writing ability and it helps me to learn also from the ideas of other people as they share their knowledge while i gather the information I learn from them.

Yes I guess writing is the best way to improve any language. Listening and reading are also good ways to improve but they are not as effective as writing because for writing we need proper knowledge of a language. Also I am getting to know some new words in English after participating in the discussions here.

Mylot sure did help me in having more confidence in writing what is on my mind. I really can't tell if it helped me improve my English and writing skills unless someone really did point out the difference. So far, I got two positive comments/feedback with regards to the way I write and use English. English is not my native language that is why I'm really working on it to express my views to the world properly. Happy Mylotting:)

yes it is true that mylot improving english very much.. and i also feel that i have improved also my english..not more..but a little.. but i try to imprive more.. i think.. if you response regulerly then one day your english will good improve..

In my case, it is totally true. English is not my native language and I think I learn a lot writing on MyLot. I know there is this hole auto-corrections thing on internet browsers, this makes it easier to spot your spelling mistakes and most likely you wouldn't learn as much as if you had to go to a dictionary and search for the word, but it is better than nothing, no?

Yes. We can say that mylot is one of the best english learning tools. Why beacause you can observe the others english skills when they express their opinions, thoughts, feelings,etc,etc by responding to the questions given on Mylot. By participating in this mylot discussion, we daily do two jobs one is english reading and and the other is writing. It is kind of a Practice. As all of us know that practice makes man perfect. So , definitely MYlot is a good source for improving your english.

In a way, yes. Mylot can help improve someone else's English proficiency. As long as you are reading and replying to someone who has a very good command of the English language.

yes it is, it really help us improving our vocabularies while communicating with different kind of people...writing some discussions and sharing opinions with other people is the best way to developed our languages and mylot is one of these...thanks pulkitgenius and God Bless....happy mylotting ^____^

for some people which english is not their mother language,mylot is a right place for improving english. our skill english is become more and more better if we more practice both writing and speaking.

sure, I felt my english improve much higher since I joined in mylot, thanks for mylot. Good writing on basis of your not-stoping writing and smart thought, when we will join in mylot, we read many topic from our friends, then we will give our suggestion, discussion or comments for certain topic, so our english writing consciously imporved much, I think we will achived some levels if we persist to mylot.

I think it can help us improve are writing skills, but also i think if nobody corrects you, you will never know what are you doing wrong. Sometimes I doubt if my writing is ok or if i have some grammatical error.
