Hi All while surfing I came across this ad for a PTC
"Receive $1 per click, $10 per signup, and 50% direct-referral earnings. Payments made via Paypal or AlertPay once you reach $1000 $19,707.45 to our members!We have already paid out $19,707.45 to our members."
They boast that they paid out $190000 plus dollars, at $1000 that means only 19 people have been paid. wonder how long they waited for payout?

It is probly is a scam the way its sounds its too good to sound true. In other words if they say its a free lunch don't do it. The reason most likly going to be scam like bux.com. They send something like you have more then 1 account and close yours so you have to start a new one.

I can bet for anything...it is a scam.
I wish there could be a regulating body that can take care of all the scams plaguing the internet. I have seen so many people being cheated here that at times I feel that internet shouldn't be there.
