Follicles is curable with medicines?

I have the problem of irregular menstrual cycles. Last night I consulted a Doctor and went through a scanning. The report said that In Uterus they saw 3 small Nabothian Follicles and Overies appeared Enlarge in Size and multiple small Follicles seen at the periphery of Both Ovaries. Doctor told that she will let me know about these in detail once she gets the reports of my other tests. I am worried will I be able to conceive and give birth. Please let me know
