What are some tips that you use to make the most of your time. I have not had much time lately due to work and exercise that I want to get in, and I often find myself going to bed around 2 AM. Any tips to avoid this would be great.

Hey- I am there too... I stopped going to the gym, like 6 months ago.. really it became an un-needed expense for me..
I find that this one tip is helpful in doing what you need to get done for the day...
Wake up an hour early..
Find the time to blogg, read, or do some streathces and sit-us at home easy right?
Also, I like to go a walk every other day around my neighborhood. when there is somewhere close by i can go that I need to go, I spend like an extra hour or so walking there and back. Some place like the grocery store or the library, even a park or video rental place, just to get out and breathe some fresh air..

I have the same problem, so many things on hand, always find myself stuck into them, I have tried to do plans, it worked sometime, but most of the time, I can't help following them after a while. Any time management courses of books to recommend?

Try writing up a timetable for you day, and actually stick to it!! If you see how much time you have for everything, you may be able to work faster and not procrastinate so much.
Procrastination will eat away your time like a fat kid eats cake, so seriously...just don't. :D

There is one software called Mindjet MindManager, very useful for planning, you can download the 30days trail for free, highly recommended. But all in all, a good plan is first needed, you still need to be kept following it!
