But, the palin old seasonings and regular sides to the meal are bit boring now... What is good to cook with that chicken..
Does anyone know a different recipie for Chicken and Dumplings...

I have two mazing recipies using boneless chicken that always get rave reviews whenever i make them.
The first is a cassarole.
chunk up some boneless chicken (whatever cut you desire) and sautee it in a pan with a little oil until cooked through, then simply stir in a can of condensed cream of something (chicken, mushroom, celery, your choice) soup and a can of drained green beans, mix until everything is well coated with the soup. spread into the bottom of a baking dish. Then make up a box of stove top stuffing...(just boil the water, stir in the suffing, and let sit for a few minutes) then spread over the topof the chicken/soup/bean mixture and toss in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes until the chicken/bean/soup mixture gets bubbly and the stuffing gets a nice cripyness to it. SO yummy and easy.
The other is a chicken/broccoli/spinach bread braid
for this you need
2 cups boneless cubed chicken
6 oz frozen chopped spinach
8 oz frozen broccoli cuts
about half a cup of mayonaise
8 oz shredded mozz. cheese
One canister of cressant rolls (the refridgerated pop open can type)
Fresh or dried dill if desired
Sautee the chicken in a pan until cooked through, then add the frozen broccoli and frozen spinach, cover and cook until the veggies are thawed and warmed through, allow to cool for a few minutes. While it is cooling, lay out the cressant roll triangles on a pan, so that the largest angles overlap the longest edges by about an inch or so (something like this
