All you smokers!!!

Please you have to gain the willpower to stop smoking. If not for yourself for your kids. They want you around forever. Try accupunture or hypnois Oh you have too gain the will power to stop smoking if not for yourself for your kids. The cost alone should be an accentive to quit. You should try accumpunture or hypnosis. I have had friends that it worked and they have never smoked again. I also have had friends who just went cold turkey. I wish you nothing but the best. I have an ex who smoked for years and at the age of 55 he was diagnoised with emphysema. Its a terrible disease. He can't run or do anything in fast motion. He is taking upwards of 10 pills a day everyday. He is constantly going to the doctors or being admitted into the hospital. Its hell for him. So please try your best to stop smoking. Think of what you can do with all the money you would be saving.

I'm lucky that I don't smoke, but I do feel sad for people caught in the smoking trap. I see it with my cousin, she's tried everything, but she just doesn't seem to want to give up (and that seems to be the key thing). My friend wanted to stop and she tried hypnosis, and went from being a chain-smoker to a complete non-smoker overnight, I couldn't believe it! She's now like a different person. Have you tried going to a hypnotherapist? Maybe it might be something that works for you too.
