Recently my right eyelid has been twitching at random times.
So whenever that happens, people think I'm winking at them. j/k
But seriously, it's been twitching randomly. What does that mean? How do I stop it from twitching again?
Hopefully it's not going to affect my vision.

Hi! I am a bit superstitious on this matter. I don't want to believe, but it happens every time... If my right eyelid is twitching it always means that I will gain something good like receiving good news, good fortune etc. However, if it is my left eye, then it is bad luck. I am not sure about the scientific explanations though, but I heard sometimes it is because you might be lacking of sleep.

Actually I get enough sleep but I use the computer about a few hours a day. But I've been using the computer for a long time so I don't understand why it will start twitching now.
If your superstition is true, then the more it twitches, the more good things will come to me.

healthtools.aarp.org reports that caffeine can also cause eyelid twitching, and suggests seeing a doctor if it completely closes the eye, if it lasts over a week, if it involves another part of the face, if your eye is red, swollen, or is discharging a fluid, or if it is drooping.
Damage to the cornea is possible, but rare.

I don't drink caffeine and I don't think the food I eat contains caffeine in it.
Buts thanks for the scare.

Hi there and smile.
Observe it but do actions. Get a good sleep, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and do eye exercises. If its still like that for 1 month and so on, go for a check up.
happy mylotting and smile always!
