Any MY LOTTERS with an LG View, can answer my problems?

I do have this ATT phone... I just got a new one covered on warranty ( under a year).... Now my new phone is giving me problems too... I took it to the store and was told to go to an outside repair shope.. The sound sometimes won't work.. I can't make calls.. I can't watch TV... Then it stops.. The next problem is the end call button stops working.. I can;t end my call? Weird i thought.. Any advice on the problems.. What does it cost to fix...
