Yesterday night we(mywife and i) saw an ad on TV canvassing about a brant of tea called Dr.Tea, which is supposed to help weight loss, with twice a day dose of this tea. Has anyone tried this? Has anyone tried buying anything on the Telebrand marketing. The way the ads are to me it almost looks seedy. The fact is that it is advertised as an Ayurvedic product. This means that this thing originates in India. The ad is very catchy where, there is a computer graphic body of a fat woman the lightbeam runs over to reduce trim her figure into something that is quite attractive. Hmm.. should we believe this?
And theer was this post- in mylot I believe- that said a decoction of unroasted coffeee beans would contain ani-oxidants that would contribute to weightloss? I am interested in losing weight but is it possible without spending that time in the gym or walking. I am more concerned of the timeloss that happens in exercising.

Well I have tried weight loss tea and basically what I can tell you is that it makes you go to the bathroom a lot. I have never been able to drink it for more than a couple of days because there is only so much you can go before it starts to hurt. So I would say it probably works a little because it clears you out, and your stomach gets kind of crampy so you don't want to eat and that could help, but it is my guess that any weight you lose will likely be temporary and come back when you start eating and drinking normally again.

I brought some green tea -its decoction tastes awful- because I have an Email with me a powerpoint presentation that catalogs some 20 good effects. One of the effects is that it helps slimmimg. I just want to see how it works.

Telemarketing seems to be quite deceptive .First of all, for other products we do not have aftersales service or we cannot locate a spare part. But, in the case of your tea reducing weight I frankly do not believe it.I am sure even normal tea with no sugar can give us the effect .Just cutting on your sugar intake and taking less carbohydrates and fat , inclusion of a fibre rich diet must help to a certain extent .I just do not believe that this tea can do this magic.
