My account in freebiejeebee is on hold

I just logged in today and I'm surprised that I had my account on hold and I dont know the reason/s why. I try to contact their support and I'm waiting for a reply. Is there anyone here who encounter the same as I do? Is freebiejeebee retrieving accounts that was on hold? Do I still have a chance there?

yes, you still have a chance. just send a support ticket and alex or richard will respond right away. these guys are the best. :) i love freebiejeebies! i cashed out $400 in less than 3 weeks. :)

It was alex who took care of my account and it's all fine now.. My account was reinstated and now, my pending cashout is back. I expect it to reach my paypal account in 2 days.. I hope so..

yup i do also send a support ticket to them and they will send back what went wrong maybe your info. or multi account.
