well you could do a little scrap book for your mom, no need to be a lot of pages or the big type one, then put all those memorable photos you had with her, and note those things you will never forget aboutr her and things you have learned from her that you will never forget. then put also note saying your dedication for her. I think she will love that specially when she knows it was done with love and self effort from you. advance happy borthday to your mom. :)
