I do drink lots of water without noticing, more than the prescribed glasses a day. I don’t know, I easily get thirsty most of the times -- maybe because I eat from time to time. Hehehe..

I lost counting. But I am pretty much sure that I drink more than 6 glasses a day. When I have colds, I tend to increase my water intake.

close to a gallon, i found that if i drink " bottles " of water i drink more of it, i dont know why but i do . maybe because you dont have to think about how much your drinking, instead if filling up glasses of water i just grab a bottle of it and chug it down, then take it to re-cycling and they in hand make new bottles from those.

I dont think that people in general get enough water every day. I have to admit i have a problem getting in the recommended amounts of just plain water. Its easier if i drink flavored water. I t know it is a big health benifit to frink more water to help the body flush the system of toxicins in our bodies guess i need to make this one of my goals every morning for the day.
