Are you go to bed at regular time or only when you feel sleepy?

I have a friend who go to bed at 10: 30 to 11:00 every night, no matter she is sleepy or not at that time. On the contrary, I go to bed only when I feel very tired. Sometimes, I went for sleeping after 2:00am while sometimes I went to bed before 9:00pm. What about you? Are you go to bed at a regular time or only when you feel sleepy?

hello karen! when i was a student, i always sleep on a particular time...say about 9 - 10 pm...haha but those days were gone! and now i am just sleeping whenever i feel like to! sometimes i fall asleep as early as 9 pm..huh! that was when i am tired and just can't stop myself from sleeping...sometimes can stay awake even up to 2 or 3 am! hehe as long as i don't feel sleepy i don't go to bed! hehe so my time of sleep depends on my body...and my activity for the day! no regular basis at all...

Hi Ckyera, yeah, things will be changed after you having your baby. I am working harder to earn some extra for our bills. So you have a free job, or are you work for yourself? I hope I can find a job that allow me to work at home, so I can take care of my son by myself. I would be great appreciated if you have some good introduction to me. Thanks a have a nice day.

Wow, Ckyera, you are even crazy than me. More oven, I go to bed before 12:30 now as I have to get up twice at night to feed my babyson. And it makes me feel really tired. Do you sleep at daytime? How many hours you take in a day(day and night)? Thanks for your response and wish you have a nice day.

Hello, Jinggat, thanks for your response. It is good to go to bed in regular hours, especially when you are student. Taking enough sleeping is very important for your study. When I was a student, I went to bed before 10:30pm and took at least one hours nap at noon to make sure I would not doze off in my class.

Hellow, Brisk, so you only have about 6 hours sleeping at night. Do you take nap at daytime? How long is that? Or you feel 6 hours sleeping at night is enough for you? I may not have quality sleeping, and I feel quite tired even though I take about 7 hours sleeping at night. Thanks for your response and wish you nice day.

I go to bed at 10:00 or 10:30 usually. But, it is not must that I should go to bed at that time. Sometimes I keep watching TV till 11 or 12 in the night if I find an interesting program. I also play cards with my friends till mid night if it is a weekend and I don't have to go to work the next day. Usually we chat about certain issues on weekends and go to bed late.

Hello, Daliaj, your life seems quite colorful for me. I am mainly with my son for almost all of my free time, now I keep in touch with my firends are mainly by phone and internet, I seldom hang-out with them since I have my baby son. And I spend more time in front of my computer instead of television...

I go to bed at a regular time as I need to ensure 8 hours to sleep daily. If I did not fall sleep before 11:00, then it is very hard to fall asleep again or maybe I just open my eyes until dawn.LOL. I have an unqualified sleeping, if I slept according to the biological clock, I am just worried that the bad habit will follow me and not to remove again. Happy myLotting!!

Hello, Sasalove, it is good that having regular sleeping hours. That is good for your health. I used to go to bed at a regular time, but after I have my son, I feel the pressure, and I work hard try to earn some extra to support my family... By the way, I never have difficulty to fall into sleep. You may try to read or do some other things before you go to bed, that may help you fall into sleep sooner.

I usually go to bed at 10pm. But sometimes, especially when I'm engaged to online activities, I can be up until 1am. But that's just rare since I cannot really afford to lack some sleep. And to make up for it, I need to make sure I sleep during the afternoon so that my body can revive the energy I lost from sleeping late.

Hello Mathilda, thaniks for your response. It is great that having this good habit, as sleeping is really important for us. I used to go to bed before 11:00pm, and at that days, I feel I was full of energy . Now, I seems having too much things to do, so I stay up late very often, and I really feel tired at daytime, and I need a nap at noon to make it up.

I try to stay on a regular schedule when it comes to sleeping, but sometimes it can be difficult. If I go to bed, and I am still not tired, I will watch television. I could end up staying up until one or two o'clock in the morning like you some nights, but it is very seldom that I would go to bed before nine o'clock. I think it is important for people who work a regular scheduled job for a company or an outside employer to try to go to bed at the same time every night. That way, they won't have any trouble waking up in the morning. However, I think if you just tell yourself that you have to get up at a certain time, you will usually wake up. I remember when I first got to the point that I could wake up without an alarm clock, or I would wake up two or three minutes before my alarm clock went off. Then later on in life, I learned it is just what you set in your head before you go to sleep, and it really isn't that difficult.

Hello, Kykidd, I have to be in office at eight o'clock on time. Anyway, before my son come to join us, I always went to bed when I feel very tired, some time is around two o'clock. Now, as I have to take care of my son and feed him twice at night, I have to go to bed earlier, or I would doze off at daytimes. I usually set my alarm, then I do not have to worry that my inner alarm would not work...

If I'm working I would go to bed by 11:00 the latest. I'm not working now so I go to bed when I'm tired. Right now its 2:45am and this will be my last posting because I'm feeling tired. I know though when my head reaches the pillow I probably won't be able to sleep because my mind can't shut down. So I will probably be tossing and turning for an hour or so. Its not a good thing at all.

No I don't sleep during the day. In fact I really can't sleep when its light outside unless I'm really sick with a fever. I wake up about 9 in the morning and I just don't get very tired most of the time. Other times its stress becasue of the situation that I find myself in at this stage of mylife. Stress is a killer.

Hello, Lelin, do you sleep a lot at daytime so you feel difficut to fall into sleep even though you go to bed so late? Or you have too much pressure that keeps you awaked? 2:45am is too too late for me, I seldom stay up so late. I feel quite pressure but I just fall into sleep as I really feel very tired every day. Good luck to you, my friend.

Hello, Lelin, maybe we should take life a little easy, in that case, we do not have difficulty to fall into sleep, and we would be happier. Good luck to you, my friend.

I don't really have a fixed schedule when I would go to bed. It really depends on whether I still have a lot of things to do or not. But I try to sleep early especially if the kids have school the next day.

I have two children and my youngest is 10 and they definitely keep me on my toes. When they have classes the next day, I make sure that they are asleep by 9 pm. I also encourage to take a nap in the afternoon 'cause they wake up really early (they have to be at school by 6:30 a.m.).

Hello, Patofgold, I wish you can get used to it soon. I know it is really tired that a mon have to work and take care of her kid. I am now under this situation, I have to feed my son twice at night and go to work at 8:00am sharp. Luckly, I am not busy these days, and seldom work over time, my job takes me eight hours a day.

I like my routine and going to bed at a certain time is one of them. If it is past my bedtime already, chances are I would not be able to fall asleep (if at all). I imagine my body is programmed to sleep at a certain hour and if it has passed that hour, it wouldn't at all. More importantly, I have this routine because I have to get up early everyday to do my chores, get the kids to school and other stuff. I cannot stay up so late or go to bed only when I am tired. Otherwise, I cannot get up early and worse, I feel useless the whole day from lack of sleep.

And I always need work over time... After my work, I feel extreamly tired and I do not want to do anything, except lie on bed and listening to music or watching television... Good luck, my friend.

Hello, Archie, we people need sleep, and after sleep we feel more energetic, and thus do our work more efficiently. I hope I can spend less hours on sleeping too, then I can have much more time with my things. But I can not, we just need it, and enough sleeping makes us more healthy. Thanks for your response and have a nice day.

Well, I usually go to sleep between 9pm to 10pm.. cause that's usually the time when I feel sleepy.. sometimes it's earlier, when I have done some physically tiring things during the day, or when I haven't had a good sleep the night before.. and sometimes it's later than 10pm.. it really depends on when I feel sleepy, but it usually falls into that time frame.

Hello, Hazelrose, thanks for your response. Lots of people go to bed when they fell sleepy, I think it is nothing about age, I just feel like to do some more things, I want to make more extra money to support my family. That is the reason I stay up late at night. Or I would rather like to enjoy my sleeping hours.
