There will be a 3 digit security number on the reverse of your card. The combination of your card number and the security number (CVV) is enough to make transactions online with your card.
I think it's safe to link our card with paypal. Yet, I haven't done this, since no nrcessity has come yet.

I linked my card the other day. They took about $2.50 off of my credit card to varify it was my card, and then a few days later when I entered a code that showed up next to the amount withdrawn on my credit card statement, they refunded the money back to my PayPal account. So they take it off your credit card, wait for you to varify the code they give you on your credit card statement (mine is on line) and then they put it back in your paypal.

I Think You Are A Very Satisfied Customer With Paypal .. Do They Credit The Card With the Payments Received On Your Account .. How Are The Credits Accumulated, Is It Transferred To Your Card Account .. Am Just Concerned, Thanks In Advance ..
