Do Traffic Exchanges Work?

In a nutshell, yes. But it takes a lot of work and dedication, and it is very slow. I've been surfing for two years now, and I've mainly focused on building downlines in the major exchanges, like trafficswarm, traffic-splash, EasyHits4U, etc. In my opinion and experience, exchanges are only good if you either build your list, or use them to build downlines in other exhanges, so that promotions of any kind eventually run on auto-pilot. They are only of limited use for promoting biz-ops, especially with generic splash pages. Once I got there, I started feeling pretty cool, since I can do other things now, like posting here. But a warning, it is NOT for the faint of heart, one needs an iron discipline, and I managed to go 'through it' only by constantly focusing on my long-term goals, because particularly in the beginning results are very hard to come by. Any other surf 'junky' out there? Could you share your experience?
