A very nice qoute from a book entitled Matilda by Roald Dahl
"It's a funny thing about mothers and fathers. Even if their own child is the most disgusting little blister you could ever imagine, they still think that he or she is wonderful."

I am sorry to say I differ a little. Parents do not think, they feel so.

I love that author and I love this quote. A child in my family is so spoiled that if you looked up the word "brat" in the dictionary her picture might be there...ha. Yet, I truly love and cherish this "little blister." She is my favorite person in the whole world and I adore her and adore being around her.

That Roald Dahl is so good at coming up with statements that make you stop and say - Nice! Right! Absolutely!
When I look around at the parents I know, and study their attitudes to their own kids, I must conclude that Roald Dahl definitely hit the nail on the head with tha quote!
Was he a parent too? I wonder.
