I have taken the plunge and I'm changing my eating style at 45 years old. I was in the habit of dieting constantly; losing and gaining and yadda yadda yadda. The hardest part of the system I'm using [Food Lovers Fat Loss] is that I have had to retrain my metabolism by eating every three hours. It's much harder to do than I thought. My old eating ways were to drink my coffee in the morning [too early to eat when I get up for work]; at work I would be too busy until lunch time [which was almost always a salad]; nothing else until dinner time around 6:00p.m. and that's when the "lumberjack" surfaced consuming "head size pieces" of meat...taters...etc. I now know just how I got here in the first place.
I began this life changing journey on 9/9/09. The first 21 days are spent focusing on tweaking your favorite foods to comply with the plan. This system is so easy to follow and Dr. Robert Ferguson makes it so easy to understand. On day 21 I was able to weigh and re-measure myself: I was down 5.5lbs. and had lost 12 [YES I SAID 12] inches...most astonishingly 5 inches in my abdomen area.
I would love to hear from any others out there on the system or thinking about it...until then...YEAH for me...and YEAH for you if you've read this post and are ready to change your life. It's never too late...this old dog has learned some new tricks and I'm changing my life.

well done, you're never too old for change,i've changed my eating habits and i've lost nearly a stone and gone down a dress size,,i used to eat twice a day coz i thought i had to,but that was making me feel really ill,so then i started eating only when i was hungry, which is toast at breakfast and a snack bout 9pm,i feel great, obviously my body doesn't need a lot of food to survive

I love food so much, and I eat a ton sometimes. I lost 75 pounds, and didn't really cut what I ate. I stopped eating junk food(ice-cream, chips, etc), those little snacks you grab when you feel a little hungry sometimes.
I added excercise too, and this greatly helped me lose weight.
Just eat the main meals (Break, Lunch, Dinner), and sometimes you can add small meals in (Maybe Cereal or Yogurt before bed)?
Hope this helped!

Yes I have had to change my eating habits a lot...to my shock my cholestoral test came back very high..I spend a lot of time with musicians and they live of fast food so now I am making my own vegetable soups and instead of cakes and biscuits I am baking a cake from a recipe my doctor gave me which is made from bran, and now I am eating a lot more fruit...its not easy as I do love fast food...

Same here. Hehehe.. I love eating just about anything. I have a slim body and a little fat before but when I came out from college, I landed on a night shift job. That was when I started losing whatever is there to lose from my body. I get so depress whenever I look at myself in the mirror and when someone would tell me that I’m so thin. So I decided to leave the work and it’s the primary reason why, my health. But they transferred me to day shift so I’m trying to get back in shape now. I now notice little curves and it feels good.
