What is your favorite ways to prepare and eat steak? Mine would have to be grilled. What do the rest of you thing........I am getting hungry right now.

I love my steak done on the grill. My husband is awesome at doing steaks. He puts just the right amount of seasonings on it to make it really flavorful. I love my steak medium rare. I used to not like steak because my mom always over cooked meat. I hate dry meat. It has to be nice and juicy.

I learned how to grill a steak in a cast iron skillet to perfection. Always rare and with sauteed mushrooms. I prefer them grilled outside, but I haven't had a grill in years. Too much trouble where I live.

I always like my steak to be medium rare. The best steak to me is 14 ounce Rib Eye Steak with mushroom and mashed potato. This is what I always order at The Keg Steakhouse and Bar, which to me makes the best steak in the world.
