if you want to resign,what's the best reason you choose to quit?

In recent days,i want to resign,the real reason is i don't like this job,but we all know i can't express this in a direct way,i want to find another reason.i really want to know how to resign by a perfect reason,if the boss wants you stay there,so how to refuse him!

"A company had offered me a better job and a better compensation for the job at hand". Or " I want to explore more opportunities and grow as a better person outside my current work and had to leave my current job". It usually works as a reason for some of my colleagues at work. You cannot say its the job that you don't like but the compensation is much better the the current one.

tell your boss you found a guy from Iceland that you love and you are moving to Iceland lol...don't see a way how he can argue with that :D

Tell him you'll have to move on or that you have to stay home more often because of a personal issue. Another good excuse is that you have find an informal job that can't make you follo your schedule.
