Would a face epilator be easier on my sensitive legs?

I have never bought or experienced this product but I sometimes pluck toe hair.

i only epilate my bikini line and armpits,i tried my legs once and it took ages,also ended up with itchy rash and lots of big red lumps on my legs,think coz it's such a vast area and there are a lot of hairs my sensitive legs could cope with it,i've gone back to shaving them,it's much easier
