what about your cost on surfing on the internet? is the cost high ?

i need to pay 1RMB per hour if i use the internet source in our school's dormitory.
so i can,t be online all the time.
what about you? do you need to pay for this and how much you shoud pay?
i have heard that in many countries the internet is free and i admire for this.

it only cost around $0.15 per hour for internet surfing (in an internet cafe) here in the Philippines. If you buy a broadband internet surfer ($50.00/set), it is much better. That is why many students and people here in the Philippines are really get addicted on the internet as it comes cheap.

your cost is similar to mine.we also can choose the service about $45/set for three monthes, if i can shara this with about 2 roommates the cost is cheaper.

I don't pay much for my Internet connection because I have a post-paid plan, which is very affordable here. And yes, I could also have free access to the Internet outside my home. I just need to bring my laptop and go to a place with wifi. I don't have any idea how much 1 RMB is, so I really can't compare your Internet expenses with mine.

hum,1RMB is about 0.16 dollars. i will spend about 10-15 dollars on internet service every month.what do you thik about the amount ?

$10-15...That's about the same amount that I spend for my Internet connection. But I think that rate is OK because I could have unlimited access to the Internet. But I'm already working, so maybe that's why the amount is not so huge for me. But for students that would really be a big amount.

I have unlimited internet access but it cost me an arm and a leg I'm thinking of switching internet services, but there isent that many internet providers available where I live that dosent require a big deposit, and other crazy cost to start, I think they need to come up with a new service for internet surfers and users that cost less then $20.00 dollars a month with no deposit and fast service, I think that most of these internet service providers are charging way to much, and who ever has free internet service is very lucky because I've never heard of that here I wish there was free internet where I live.

I use Unlimited plan of internet from my service provider.
I am using monthly plan for which i will have to pay 460/- (indian rupee) per month for 256kbps plan.
