my comprehension about sports

Today with the speeding step of life, more and more people spend their most time in working. Of course, it is necessary for us to devote ourselves in working, but sports can bring us energy and high efficiency and some abilities in cooperating with others.
Firstly, basketball can improve the consciousness of cooperation. The goal when we play basketball with our team against another is not for awards but for the proud when we are successful. And team work teachs us the bad result as the bully
Secondly, badminton can improve the feelings between the couples. As badminton for amature is not so high stress as boxing, so most women love this kind of sport. If husband and wife can play together on sunday for about 2 hours, the love feelings will be improved.
So let us sport frequently.

I use to love practicing Taekwondo, but because of the hectic time because of work, I never get the chance to train. I use to train a lot especially over where I used to live.. Plus, there isn't a lot of people I know who trains Taekwondo in my area. I did though, play Archery for my school. My favorite sport right now is Down Hill biking. I love it and I'm going to join a local team. British Football comes in second.

You are right, I guess. Some people don't mind at all practicing some sport, they sacrifice it to work more and have more money and live better when old, etc...
This is just so sad, since if you don't take care of your body now, when you are old, you can have all the money in the world, but it will be pointless if you can't use it because of your physical condition.
Another mistake some people tend to make is considering going to the gym a sport. C'mon, it is better then nothing, but it is not a sport.
