Will the supreme court get this one right? Would the right to bear arms alter the 18 per 100,000 murder rate? Should the federal government interfere between the states and the rights of its citizens? How did Chicago's law banning guns get passed in the first place? And why did it take so long for it to be heard by the supreme court?
