Just wanted to know what you guys think about the 2012 conspiracy.
A few questions:
Do you think it will happen?
Are the mayans truly that accurate?
Is 2012 just another hoax like the y2k scare?
If the destruction in 2012 does occur, do you think you'll be able to survive?
Will human society change after 2012 if it happens, if a few are left to start a new civilization?

I don't think it will happen. Yes I know there are a lot of disasters happen recently, including in my country.. I think we'll have those disasters because of our acts in the past.
I think some people can predict the future but God decides. We'll never know when the end of the world comes. Don't you think God won't let human predict the real end of the world? If the world really end in 2021, God isn't powerful right? Because God just let human to be right. Of course the doomsday won't happen in 2012. Even the prophets don't know when the judgement day comes..
I think society will change, we change every year, we can't live the same life forever. If there's destruction in 2012, I will do anything to survive. I'll pray to God. Whatever will be, will be. We can't avoid destiny.
Anyway, I think 2012 is just a hoax.

The world won't end in 2012, because it'll end before that. At the end of this year. My calendar doesn't extend to next year, so that clearly means the world will end on December 2009.
Okay, serious response. I don't believe that the world will end in 2012, and I don't believe in any conspiracy theories. It's not like the Mayans could make a calendar that extends to infinity. They had to stop somewhere, and 2012 is as good a date as any. Nobody is competent enough to rule the whole world, so I don't think any New World Order will rise up and do anything. 2012 will happen, then 2013 will happen, and there will be no large changes in between apart from a lot of people getting laughed at when the world doesn't end.
